The RPIdol competition offered a fun way for Lally students to hone their interviewing skills with coaching from the pros. McCaslin was one of five student finalists selected to compete before a panel of senior HR Executive ‘judges.’
Recruiter “judges” including: “Paula” - Robin G. Mamlet Executive Search Consultant, Witt/Kieffer; “Randy” - Monroe “Bud” Moseley, Vice President and Director, Isaacson, Miller; and “Simon”- David C. Mead-Fox, Senior Client Partner, Korn/Ferry International. Finalists were judged on their interviewing skills, and the judges analyzed student performances and offered tips for interview success in a panel discussion.
Other RPIdol Lally finalists were: Sandeep Mohan R. MBA ’11; Ashley Mainwood Pathfinder MBA ’12; Lulu Rainbow Starchild (a/k/a Bria Schultz EMAC ‘10); and Glenn VanMoffaert ’11.
