Dr. Albright teaches Leadership and Business Strategy to Executive MBA and MBA candidates. He also works as a strategy and leadership development consultant for a diverse array of public and private sector organizations including Novartis, AstraZeneca, Swarovski, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Biography
Professor Albright’s areas of expertise include strategic business planning, leadership development, and conflict resolution. Dr. Albright’s book, A Complete Guide to Conflict Resolution in the Workplace, was published by the American Management Association Press (AMACOM). He has published in a wide array of scholarly journals on such topics as business strategy, leadership, conflict resolution, and organizational change.
Dr. Albright has been the recipient of Sloan Foundation Grants, and received fellowships at Yale University and the Department of Defense. The American Council of Education (ACE) named him a “Fellow” during the 1999–2000 school year.
Professor Albright served as the associate dean of Academics at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, as well as chair of the Academy’s Leadership and Management Department, during a 20-year Coast Guard career. Prior to entering the consulting field, he served as the skipper of an award-winning Coast Guard patrol boat engaged in narcotics interdiction in south Florida. |
