Research and Publications
Prof. Maleyeff's diverse research and consultation has focused on issues of importance to organizations, including the analysis and development of responsive global supply chains, management of internal service functions, development and statistical analysis of organizational performance metrics, management of improvement activities for nonprofit and government services, customer satisfaction analysis based on feedback and satisfaction surveys, and innovation in the offerings of service organizations.
Dr. Maleyeff has held professional positions at RCA's David Sarnoff Research Center in New Jersey, LEGO Group A/S in Denmark, and the U.S. Department of Defense. His international experience includes coordinator, instructor, and advisor for Rensselaer’s International Scholars Program in Rome, Italy, and Shanghai, China, strategic advisor for the Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy (JUCCCE), and visiting consultant for Lego.
His publications have appeared in a diverse set of international journals, including Management Decision, International Journal of Business Intelligence and Data Mining, TQM Journal, Journal of Service Science and Management, International Journal of Educational Management, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Journal of Management in Engineering, and The Journal of Healthcare Risk Management.
