My research is focused on how innovation may affect the firm performance. Specifically, how Research and Development (R&D) team within a firm may contribute to improve the innovation from the value of patent perspective.

Personal Information

I joined the Lally School of Management group to pursue a PhD in Management focusing on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Fall of 2021. I completed my MBA degree University of California, Riverside. In my free time, I enjoy reading finance news and traveling.
